Week 1
For my 20 time project I was thinking about doing an athlete
health and diet seminar. In this I would do a video of cooked and baked and raw
foods that are necessary to either gain or lose weight, or bulk or shred. Most of
the comments that were left on my page were positive and helpful and people
seemed to like the idea. I got some good ideas from one of my comments. Im not
completely sure if I will actually be doing this idea yet, I will think it over
and try to come up with ways to either strengthen my ideas or come up with
another completely different idea and do that.
